Jeff & Melissa Krantz: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Krantz Family. Wow- Jeff and I cannot believe that this is our 20th year reaching out to all of you at Christmas! Thank you so much again for your support throughout the years. Many of you have watched us grow from “The Power of Two” to now the most successful Team at the Lake of the Ozarks.
Jeff and I will be celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary this year. Hah- We made it!! We have managed not to kill each other while running a business and raising three children. We still “Dance in our Kitchen” and are looking forward to many more years together.
More recently an update on our personal lives. Our oldest daughter, Kassy and her husband, Tyler, blessed us with a little granddaughter, Lincoln Ann, last October. Lincoln is a joy in our lives and we are loving being Papa and Mimi! She is now walking and “crashing” into all kinds of things and really giving her Mom and Dad a run for the money. They all live still live in Peoria, IL and we are all making efforts visiting each other as often as we can as the time together is so much fun!
Our oldest son, Jacob, graduated from high school magna cum laude and received several scholarships and received a scholarship to play golf at Lincoln University in Jefferson City. Needless to say, we are very proud and so happy for Jacob. He has two other roommates from the Lake and they are having a great time enjoying the college life. Even though he is only an hour away- Jacob has stayed very busy and our opportunities to see him are normally only through hunting trips, holidays and of course when he needs a home cooked meal.
Zachary, our youngest, is now 15 and will turn 16 in June. He is a sophomore at School at the Osage and is enjoying school, participates in band, scholar bowl and is on the varsity golf team. He loves the outdoors and if he can grab a fishing pool after school he is in his happy zone! We do want to forewarn you that he is out on the road with his learner’s permit! This job has been awarded to Dad as I figured I potty trained the kids, Jeff can teach them to drive (J).
Again, thank you to all of you so much for your support throughout the years- it means so much to us. All of your support has allowed us to raise an amazing family, have opportunities we only dreamed about and are truly living an amazing life! Merry Christmas and may 2019 be a happy and healthy one for you!!
Susan Ebling: 2018 has been another spectacular year at our house! Alex is turning 11 years old and is halfway thru her 5th grade year at her new school, King’s Academy, which she loves. Alex has gotten back into tumbling this year after a 4 year hiatus and she is a member of the top tumbling team at the YMCA where she has mastered her round-off back handspring and her front tuck already! Alex, Kyle and I have made a few trips to our favorite Florida beach this year and we are getting ready to take off for Paris, France in December to experience some French Christmas cheer! It was another record-breaking year in real estate for me, so I am extremely humbled and blessed to have such amazing clients and friends helping me towards my goals. I look forward to helping more of you in 2019!
Laura Simmons-Markway: 2018 has been full of change and growth for Laura. Joining us in October 2018 after leaving boat sales in the Marine Industry, she’s been busy letting Central Missouri know she is now a Realtor with Krantz & Associates. Major events in her life this year included her 4 year old daughter starting pre-school at Our Lady of the Snow in Mary’s Home. Laura and her boyfriend Shaun celebrated his 40th birthday with friends and family. The annual Marine Corp ball in Jefferson City has rounded out their year before the holidays. Laura looks forward to a busy and FUN filled year ahead with friends and family on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks & the farm outside of Eldon.
Megan King: Mike and Megan have been very blessed and busy this year as they just added a new addition to their family in October; a girl Saylor Rae. Big brother Kanner turns 3 in December and is loving his new role! They had a wonderful summer full of a ton of fun memories with family and took Kanner to the beach for the first time! They are looking forward to taking the whole family again this summer! 2018 has been Megan’s best year in sales volume and she is looking forward to 2019!
Jill Krantz: 2018 has been an exciting year for Jill and her family. Austin started Kindergarten this year and they are enjoying being a part of the Osage Tribe. They relaxed with some of their free time down in Marco Island, hosted a canoe trip and went to the PGA Tour in St. Louis. Matt continues to be busy building houses and playing some golf. They are looking forward to seeing what 2019 brings!
Carri Hillmer: What a year it has been for the Hillmer family! Greg and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Our oldest daughter Megan was married in August to her high school sweetheart, Connor. Megan is still excelling at her job as a Neuro ICU Nurse. Our youngest daughter Abby graduates from Northwest Missouri State in December 2018, and was just accepted for her Internship/Masters at Iowa State for Dietetics. This program will have Abby traveling to Africa in May. Greg and I cannot believe we are coming up on our 3rd year here at the lake.
Phoebe Long: 2018 has been full and fun! I am lucky to call the Lake of the Ozarks home and share it with my husband and our four granddaughters: Alexia – 6; Mackenzie and Penelope – 5; and Viola – 4. When I’m not working; camping, boating and spending time with my family are at the top of my priority list. Life is crazy and most of the time hectic, but I am determined to slow down and try to enjoy (or at least learn from) each moment. I feel incredibly blessed and am looking forward to whatever excitement 2019 will bring my way! I hope that you have had a great year and are able to take time to rejoice and relax this Christmas season.
Jeff Bainbridge: WOW what a year! So blessed to be back at the lake full-time and joining the Krantz team. Real estate has been a dream of mine for many years. I was blessed to work for a great company for 38 years and was ready for a new challenge so watch out 2019 here I come. My sons Tanner (24) and Trey (21) recently purchased a home together in Kansas City. What a great feeling for a father for his sons to be this close at this point in their lives. I love the "lake Life" and so proud to be part of this incredible community. Please take time to give thanks for what 2018 has brought to you and your family.
Gary Zeiger: What a great year 2018 has been. I continue to enjoy working with all of you as most of you have become great friends. In 2017 my daughter Kourtney and her husband blessed me with my first grandson, Kolten Daniel. Kolten just announced that he is going to be a big brother in 2019! My son, Matt and his fiancé Melissa are doing well and enjoy spending time with their daughter Lizzy. The lake continues to amaze me with all the new growth in commercial including the new restaurants. I love my life here at the Lake and am enjoying taking a few mini trips throughout the year with friends to Florida and Mexico. I look forward to my 14th year in Real Estate and continued success with Krantz & Associates.
Kayla Conoyer: 2018 has been a year to remember! My Fiancé Ryan and I have had our first child back in June. In July I started working for the Krantz team and couldn’t be more thankful to be a part of such an amazing team. Ryan and I enjoy fishing and spending time with Hunter in our spare time.
