Jeff & Melissa Krantz
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Krantz Family! It’s been another exciting year at our office as we have grown the Team with new agents and staff. We ended last year as the Number One Team in our Region with RE/MAX and in the entire MLS at the Lake, thank you all so much for your continued support! We have been busy selling Real Estate and are excited to announce that Melissa obtained her Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and also her Resort and Second Home Market Specialist this year. This has really helped us with more ways to market our listings and help our clients! On the home front we added “Six” new feet- One being a human- Marley Mae, our newest Granddaughter arrived on 8/9/19 at 9lbs, 9oz, 21.5 inches long. She joins big sister, Lincoln Ann, who turned 2 in October and we are over the moon excited to have two little girls to spoil over the holiday season. Kassy, our daughter and son-n-law Tyler moved to a larger home in Peoria, IL as they needed more room for the growing family. They are all doing well and we love when we can all get together! The other big news is our new lab puppy, Izzy, is now a year old and just returned from “school”. We are trying to adjust to all the new energy this little Izzy brings… it’s been awhile since we have had a new puppy! Jacob, our oldest son is now in year two at college and is playing golf for Lincoln University. Zach, our youngest, gained his independence in June as when he turned 16. Look out for the Black Jeep Cherokee running up and down HH. This year we are planning a family trip down to Marco Island to our rental home over Christmas Break. We are so excited to see the granddaughters experience the beach and the ocean for the first time. Papa is excited to take them on a boat ride and the uncles want to show them how to fish (we think they will enjoy the pool the most this trip).
Again, we appreciate all of you and wish you all a very happy and healthy 2020!

2019 has been a very event filled year for us! We started with a trip to Paris over Christmas and it was incredible to say the least. We also celebrated my 50th birthday in October by taking trips to a couple of my favorite spots: Siesta Key beach and Las Vegas! It made it less of a "blow" to turning 50!
A few of Alex's highlights this year were making A Honor Roll at school all year, and attending the U.S. Gymnastics Championships in Kansas City where we got to witness Simone Biles record-breaking triple twisting-double somersault floor exercise. Alex even got to high-five Simone personally!
I was personally honored to receive the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award this year which is a tribute to my amazing clients who keep me busy year after year. I thank you all and I look forward to another incredible year.

What a great year 2019 has been. I continue to enjoy working with all of you as most of you have become great friends. This year has been eventful! May 28 brought me another grandbaby. My daughter Kourtney and her husband blessed me with a granddaughter, Karlyn. Grandson Kolton was very excited to become a big brother.
My son, Matt and his fiancé Melissa are doing well and enjoy spending time with their daughter Lizzy. The lake continues to amaze me with all the new growth in commercial including the new restaurants. I love my life here at the Lake and am enjoying taking a few mini trips throughout the year with friends to Florida and Mexico. I look forward to my 15th year in Real Estate and continued success with Krantz & Associates.

Jill and her family had a great 2019. Austin, now 6 years old, continues to grow at lighting speed. He is loving first grade and all the adventures that go along with it. In January they got a new puppy. Although still full of a ton of energy Remi, a chocolate lab, was the perfect addition to their family. Matt and Jill continue to stay busy building homes throughout the lake area. Although they do find time to sneak away to the beach a few times throughout the year. They are all looking forward to another successful and exciting year in 2020.

2019 has been an AMAZING year full of adventure and a lot of real estate transactions resulting in new friendships that will hopefully last a lifetime. Shaun, Logan & I managed to sneak away for two pretty exciting trips between our busy work schedules. The first one was to DISNEY WORLD with the Simmons Family & let me tell you, it was one for the books. Logan still talks about going back several times a week. Later in the Summer, we were able to take advantage of a work trip with Shaun to the shores of Michigan which brought some much needed R&R for our little family. We look forward to MANY new adventures in the upcoming year.

2019 has been full of adventure and fun for me and my little family! I am blessed to call the Lake of the Ozarks home for the past 23 years. When I’m not at the office you can usually find me camping, boating and spending time with my husband Mike, our (adult) kids and our four granddaughters: Alexia – 7; (twins) Mackenzie and Penelope – 6; and Viola Lee – 5. Life is crazy and most of the time hectic, but I am determined to slow down and try to enjoy (or at least learn from) each moment. I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of Krantz & Associates and will soon celebrate my fourth year on the team. I am looking forward to whatever excitement and challenges 2020 will bring. I hope that you have also had a great year and are able to take time to relax this Christmas season.

2019 has been nothing shy or boring for me this year! I have hit my one year anniversary with the Krantz team as the closing coordinator. I have decided to take the leap and become a REALTOR®. As of 2020 I will be an agent and pursing my dreams. I have wanted to do this for a while to be able to give my family the life they deserve. I have a fiancé and we have a son that is about a year and a half! We enjoy spending time with family and fishing. I can’t wait to see what 2020 will bring!

The year 2019 brought a new adventure for my boyfriend Dick and I as we moved to the Lake from Scottsdale, AZ. After spending several months getting acquainted with the area it was time to get back work! I was offered a position with the Krantz team in July and things are going great. I’m discovering the unique and different qualities Real Estate at the Lake offers in comparison to the desert market in Scottsdale I was accustomed to working with for the past 16 years. Dick’s career in professional baseball keeps him away from home most of the year. Starting in Spring 2020 he will be managing the Class A Advanced Affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds in Daytona Beach. Together we look forward to new experiences in 2020 and meeting more of the friendly folks that call Lake of the Ozarks “HOME”.

2019 has been a really great year for me and my family. My husband Greg and I have traveled to quite a few of the boat races this year and spent two weeks in Key West on vacation. Our daughter Megan accepted a position as a traveling Nuero ICU nurse earlier this year and she and her husband are loving the experience of living in different cities across the US. Our youngest daughter Abby just accepted a position in Omaha as a Registered Dietician. We continue to LOVE living at the Lake full time and can’t believe it’s already been 4 years.
Megan King
The King family has had a wonderful 2019 as a family of 4. We traveled to Florida to celebrate Megan’s 30th birthday over the Summer and we’re looking forward to going back in April 2020. We spent as much time as we could boating and swimming this year. Both of our kids are little water babies! Kanner is still rocking the big brother role, he turns 4 in December and just started Pre-School at The King’s Academy. Sweet Saylor Rae turned 1 in October and is chasing her brother all over the house, while running the show and reminding him who the boss is! Mike’s insurance firm has had a very successful first year and looking forward to continued growth! We are looking forward to what 2020 has to bring!
