A REALTOR® is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Not all real estate agents are REALTORS®, however EVERY agent at Krantz & Associates has earned the distinct designation as a REALTOR®.

Designations
To earn a designation, a REALTOR®, a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. Here are some of our specialized designations.
ABR® – The Accredited Buyer Representative designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. LESS THAN 2% OF ALL REALTORS HAVE ACHIEVED THIS DESIGNATION. SUSAN EBLING has received this designation.
CDPE® – A Certified Distressed Property Expert® has specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. MELISSA KRANTZ and MARC HAMMACK have both earned this designation.
CLHMS – A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist is recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world. JEFF KRANTZ has this distinct designation.
GRI® – The Graduate REALTOR Institute symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of services in marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law. LESS THAN 6% OF ALL REALTORS HAVE ACHIEVED THIS DESIGNATION. SUSAN EBLING has earned this designation.

Code of Ethics
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising;
and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
